RUMOR: Epic stole a user created map

There is a rumor cerculating along the internets that one of the maps shown in the new UT3 360 trailer was created by the user EpicJon on the Epic forums. At first I said "1337! Way to go bro!"...I heard the rest...

Come to find out, it was used without his permission and with no credit given. The map, while not an exact replica, is obviously a rip off. The scenario is on a cargo boat in the middle of the Artic ocean, with snow and icebergs on the background. EpicJon posted a thread about his work being used in the Epic Forums....THEN GOT BANNED!!

Sounds pretty dispicable to me. If this is true: Shame shame shame shame SHAMMMEE on you Epic.

Inspiration is one thing -- direct re - modeling and/or overly obvious re - editing is another, especially without any credit given to the original user...oh well...

P.S. That looks like the map is based on Halo in the image above...or is that some other kind of ring structure...
