This mod increases the speed of a horse based on how long you ride it.
File Instructions
FastHorse (Gallop) Mod for Elder Scrolls 4 Oblivion

Feel free to edit or change just please give credit where credit is due.
Every seven seconds you ride a horse the horses speed attribute will increase
by 2 making it run faster. The speed increase will cap out at 8 and will
remain there until the player dismounts.
To install copy to your root Oblivion Data folder (by default C:Program
FilesBethesda SoftworksOblivionData.) Run ES4 and then click on Data. You
will see FastHorse there, make sure you check the box and hit ok. Then load
the game as normal :)
