CLIENT FIXES
* Set default shader quality to low for Intel G965.
* Addressed some possible exploits and added further file validation.
* Changed effect when a unit is healed to be less resource intensive and obstructing.

Shipment bonus changed to .73
Wardogs damage reduced to 15, but they get a 20% bonus vs. guardians

Longbowmen get 1.25 bonus damage vs. heavy infantry
