Final Fantasy XII: Revenant Wings takes place a year after Final Fantasy XII, continuing the story of Vaan and his friend/navigator Penelo. Vaan, now a sky pirate, travels to a mysterious floating continent in search of treasure, only to discover scores of monsters and a powerful foe. Unlike its predecessor, Revenant Wings features real time strategy combat, where players maneuver characters into position and then watch as they engage the enemy. Final Fantasy XII sports an attractive blend of 3-D environments, 2-D/sprite based characters and a gorgeous soundtrack.
