So you guys liked the Fast & Free as well as the Enhancements mod I see! This mod builds off of both, with some new features.
NONE of the units are spellcasters... only certain buildings are spellcasters. Spellcasters have energy and special abilities that require it, but in this mod none of the special abilities require energy, except for recharging shields with the protoss shield battery.
Wraiths, Ghosts and Arbiters are cloaked, permanently.
Ghosts can attack again, and so can arbiters, with the new "Orbital Disruptor".
