New WoW Guild Recruitment Website

Hi All,
I just started up a new online guild recruitment website called Guildbuzz. I am looking for some help in getting it rolling. If you are either looking to recruit more for your guild, or looking for a guild yourself, check us out.
Guildbuzz is a place where guilds can create posts for their openings, and players can apply to them directly. Posters can check on who applied to their guild, and it even links the guilds and applicants to their Armory profile, so you can check them out.
I'd love to see what you all think about it, so check it out, post a bit, and feel free to leave me some feedback (either here or support@guildbuzz.com).
I have a ton of ideas... much more to come, and I appreciate any suggestions.
