First off, this cheat will show you how to change your character model, to any other one in the game, while in third-person mode.
It will also allow you to use their selected animations.
Firstly, bind a key to turn third-person mode on and off: for example: open the console and type: "/bind cg_thirdperson 1" (No quotes).
Then type: "/bind / cg_thirdperson 0" (No quotes).
Now you can easily access third-person mode by pressing to enter it, and pressing / to exit.

Step 2: Since BJ doesn't have a completely working third-person model, we need to change it.

First, open you "Main" folder which is located in your Wolfenstein folder.

Next, open the "wolfconfig.cfg" file.

Search for the line: seta model "bj2"

Next, change the - bj2 - part to any of the following:

beast

blackguard

dark

deathshead1

director

doc

drz

elitteguard

eva

femzombie

hans

heinrich

helga

higgs

himmler

infantryss

inge

jack

loper

mechanic

murphy

officerss

osa

partisan

priestess

protosoldier

skel

supersoldier

trench

venom

warrior

zemph

zombie

Warnings: Do NOT remove the quotes around the name.
Some of the models do not work with in-game animations, such as the ones only seen in cinematics: i.e. jack and director. Some might not work at all.

Hope you get good results, and tell me if you do not, I am sure I can help!
P.S. The "eliteguard" model and the "venom" model and the "supersoldier" model are very fun to play with and completely working!
Also, if you are playing the "supersoldier" model, just to have some fun, type: /cg_thirdpersonrange -20
